About us

The active urban senior

The baby boomers continue to be one of the most significant economic phenomena of the last half century. Their tastes and needs have been catered to by forward-thinking marketers in practically all product and service sectors.

At Premiere Alliance, we have identified an important market segment that we call the “active urban senior”. The active urban senior values the downtown lifestyle, but has a preference for the convenience and security of premium properties like LaCité and Le Regency.

A number of urban actives have already chosen to make their homes in Premiere Alliance-managed properties and it is our objective to attract even more.

Co-op conversion
Co-operative living is an increasingly popular choice for many prospective home owners. Premiere Alliance has already responded to this exciting opportunity by converting the prestigious Summit of Westmount building into 47 co-op units. The units are scheduled for October 2005 delivery and were sold at a rate of $325 a square foot.
